• Y2K Compliance Management – BAX Global Inc., Irvine, Project Management of Y2K Compliance Activities for Infrastructure Systems

• Developed reseller plan for office suite for frame relay Internet connection
• Established reseller relationship with Liberty IMS for automated imaging and document management and initiated marketing of system to UC Irvine that led to sale
• Formulated concept/design for Internet Payment Mechanism using consumer acceptable methodology

·         New Product System Development

• Proposal Development for new product (audience response system) development (hardware and software) from initial proposal to final delivery (international) and installation of product.
• Managed the design and development of a computerized audience response system with individual interactive audience keypads for Sony Corporation, installed in Celebrity Cruises' ship, the Century. 
• Responsible for audience response system overall design, user interface, engineering, manufacture, quality control, export/installation.
